Workforce Development Initiatives

HBA offers support to the next generation of home builders and remodelers through various programs. Members can apply to the charity at any time of the year to support education, training, tools, work boots or other needs to support job creation in the industry.

University of Akron Scholarship

The Ricard S. and Harold M. Garson Home Builders Association Scholarship Fund recognizes the Garsons commitment and contributions to the building industry by initially providing three individual scholarships for $1,000 annually.
